These rules apply to listings, photos, profiles, messages, reports, appeals, and any other content submitted to the marketplace.

Required listing standards
- Advertise only a trailer you own or are authorized to represent.
- Use accurate specifications, price, location, title status, and availability.
- Disclose known material damage, defects, and relevant renovation work.
- Use original or authorized photos and meaningful accessible alt text.
- Keep the listing current and mark it pending, sold, or withdrawn promptly.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not post fraudulent, misleading, stolen, counterfeit, infringing, scraped, copied, hotlinked, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative, malicious, credential-stealing, or unlawful content. Do not spam, manipulate rankings or verification, evade limits, solicit prohibited vehicle payments through the platform, impersonate staff, or pressure another user to bypass safety checks.
Reports and review
Authenticated users may report a listing or conversation with a specific reason. Staff receive the listing context and only the bounded message excerpt authorized by the reporting flow. Reports are assessed using recorded evidence, current policy, and role-limited tools.
Sold archives remain reportable. Sellers may reactivate an archive to correct listing details, and anyone may request review of privacy, safety, legal, or intellectual-property concerns.
Proportionate enforcement
Depending on severity and confidence, the service may warn, request changes, require verification, rate limit, reduce distribution, quarantine content, restrict features, temporarily suspend an account, remove content, or permanently suspend for severe or repeated abuse. Sensitive staff actions require a reason and append-only audit record.
Appeals
Eligible consequential decisions can be appealed from the authenticated appeals page. Severe appeals must be decided by an authorized reviewer other than the original decision-maker. An upheld appeal records why; an overturned appeal restores eligible access or distribution while preserving required audit history.
