Terms for using the marketplace
These terms govern the classified-advertising and communication service. By using an account or publishing content, you agree to follow them.

1. Service boundary
The service publishes classified advertisements and enables direct communication. It is not a dealer, broker, auctioneer, inspector, appraiser, lender, payment intermediary, escrow agent, shipper, title service, or party to a trailer sale. It does not take vehicle deposits or purchase payments, pay sellers, earn a vehicle-sale commission, guarantee a listing, or resolve purchase disputes.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, use the service lawfully, and promptly report suspected compromise. You may not impersonate another person, evade enforcement, automate abusive access, or use another account without authority.
3. Listings and seller responsibilities
A seller must own the trailer or be authorized to advertise it and must accurately disclose identity, title status, condition, known defects, material damage, location, price, and availability. Content and photos must be original or authorized. Competitor listings may not be scraped, copied, hotlinked, or republished.
4. Communications and safety analysis
Messages are private to authorized participants and limited staff who need access for safety, support, legal, or abuse review. Automated rules may examine minimized message signals and URLs to warn, rate limit, quarantine, or escalate suspected abuse. Private message contents are not treated as a general-purpose training corpus.
4A. Sold listing archives
When a seller marks a listing sold, its canonical page and authorized listing content may remain publicly available as a historical archive. The displayed amount is the last asking price, not a verified sale price or appraisal. Archived listings stop accepting new inquiries and may be removed, restricted, or redacted for privacy, legal, intellectual-property, safety, or enforcement reasons.
5. Platform advertising fees
Seller charges purchase advertising products only. Current price, duration, entitlements, promotion availability, renewal behavior, and refund rules appear on the pricing page before checkout. The server-authorized checkout total controls; a client display or redirect is not payment authority.
6. Enforcement and appeals
Content or accounts may be warned, limited, quarantined, suspended, or removed for policy, fraud, safety, legal, or security reasons. Severe decisions require recorded reasons and may be appealed through the provided appeal process. Appeals do not require restoration when retention, legal, or safety obligations prevent it.
7. Disclaimers and responsibility
Listings and user communications are provided by users. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, listing accuracy, vehicle condition, ownership, title, seller performance, buyer payment, or transaction outcome. Users remain responsible for independent inspection, verification, contracting, payment, pickup, registration, tax, and legal compliance.
8. Changes and contact
Material changes will be versioned and given an effective date. Use the support channel identified in the application for account, policy, or legal notices. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
