What does it cost to list my Airstream?
The current listing fee is $30, paid once for a listing that remains eligible until sold or removed, subject to availability confirmation and our content policy. We do not charge a vehicle-sale commission. See listing fees and inclusions for the active offer and later pricing phases.
How does AI-powered search help buyers find my Airstream?
Buyers can describe the model, budget, layout, and equipment they want in everyday language. Our search combines meaning-based matching with listing text and practical filters. Details you provide about layout, condition, equipment, and upgrades help it connect your Airstream with relevant searches, even when buyers use different words. Results depend on the available information; search is not an inspection or a guarantee of a perfect match.
Can my listing reach buyers through Smart Airstream Alerts?
Yes. A buyer saves their search criteria and enables alerts. Once your listing is approved and published, we check it against those criteria. A matching new listing can trigger an email without the buyer running the search again. Buyers choose immediate, daily, or weekly emails and can turn them off. Saving a search without alerts does not enable these emails, and a general new-listing newsletter is different. This does not mean every listing has a waiting buyer or that every email arrives instantly.
What sharing tools come with my listing?
After publication, create a downloadable photo video with your listing title, price, location, highlights, and up to eight photos. You can also copy Facebook-ready text and your listing link, or download a Marketplace ZIP kit with numbered photos, listing details, and posting instructions. Review and publish these from your own accounts; we do not automatically post to Facebook for you.
How long does my listing stay available?
A listing remains eligible until sold or removed, subject to periodic availability confirmation and our content policy. There is no subscription or automatic renewal charge.
Can I reuse a listing I already published elsewhere?
Yes. You can import your own listing from Facebook Marketplace, Airstream Marketplace, or Airstream Hunter. Install our Listing Importer from the Chrome Web Store in Chrome on your computer. The import creates a private draft for you to check and complete before submission.
Do you handle the sale or offer consignment?
Airstream Buy Sell provides the listing and buyer communication tools. You handle viewings, negotiation, inspection arrangements, payment, and ownership transfer. We do not buy your Airstream, hold sale funds, or provide a managed consignment service.
What should I include in my listing?
Include the exact year, model and floor plan, your asking price, current photos, condition and known defects, upgrades, and available service records. Describe the actual Airstream rather than relying on specifications from a different model year.
Can I change the price or mark it sold?
Manage your listing from your dashboard, update its details and asking price, respond to inquiries, and change its availability. Marking it sold closes new buyer inquiries; the page can remain as a clearly labeled sold listing archive.
