A FEW NOTES DEPENDING ON YOUR PLANS:

If you're purchasing this Airstream for travel and adventure: We recommend replacing the trailer tires before embarking on any major trips. You'll also want a properly equipped ¾-ton pickup (or equivalent tow vehicle) for safe and comfortable towing.

If you're purchasing it as a guest suite, or full-time living space: This trailer could realistically be ready for move-in within a weekend or two. Most of the remaining projects are cosmetic or straightforward handyman repairs, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a unique and affordable living space.

TO BE REPLACED:

REFRIGERATOR

The original factory was a dual electric/propane refrigerator and no longer works. A buyer wanting to return to the original configuration could do so, but should expect an investment of roughly $2,000 (high end) for a comparable replacement unit. Many owners choose to retrofit with modern alternatives instead.

MISSING COUCH

The original futon-style couch was removed. Our plan was to build a custom daybed over the existing solar battery setup, creating a more functional living space. This gives the next owner flexibility to create a seating or sleeping arrangement that fits their own vision.

MINOR EXTERIOR REPAIRS

• Exterior bumper has a small crack.
• One rear stabilizer is bent and should be replaced (it was damaged after backing over a tree root).
• The entry step should be replaced before regular use.

MINOR INTERIOR REPAIRS

• One Fantastic Fan is not currently functioning and is an easy replacement (approx $200).
• The plumbing system needs a new output hose. (Easy peasy - and most buyers choose to buy a new output hose regardless;)
• One interior wood cabinet component needs
