Condition

All window hardware, latches, and mechanisms have been replaced or are in excellent working condition. Windows open, close, and seal as they should. No water damage. Shell, seals, caulking, and belly pan are in excellent condition. Reading lights work.

Minor cosmetic dings and scratches consistent with age. Some oxidation on the aluminum trim, door handle, and hose inputs.

Known defects

One overhead Fantastic Fan is nonfunctional; estimated replacement is about $150. See photos for details.
